DCCC announces latest round of top recruits

The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee announced a handful of new inclusions on its "Red-to-Blue" list of top recruits. 

No huge surprises here -- most of the races have been on the committee's list of "emerging races" for some time.  It is notable that Tom Perriello, running against Rep. Virgil Goode (R-Va.) made the cut -- it's going to be tough for a Charlottesville native and self-described social justice activist to win in Southside Virginia.
